Price Transparency

Early Medical Center > Price Transparency

At Early Medical Center, we are committed to providing exceptional care while maintaining transparency about the cost of healthcare services. We believe that patients should have access to clear, easy-to-understand information so they can make informed decisions about their medical care.

Understanding Your Costs

The cost of medical services can vary based on your insurance coverage, the services provided, and other factors specific to your individual treatment. While it is difficult to predict the exact cost of care prior to treatment, we are committed to helping you estimate your financial responsibility as accurately as possible.

To assist you, we provide access to a list of standard hospital charges, known as a chargemaster. Please note that these prices do not reflect what a patient may actually pay. Your actual out-of-pocket cost will depend on your insurance plan, deductibles, copayments, coinsurance, and other factors.

No Surprises Act

In compliance with the No Surprises Act, Early Medical Center protects patients from unexpected medical bills for emergency services or out-of-network care at in-network facilities. If you’re uninsured or not using insurance, you are entitled to a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of non-emergency medical items or services.

To request a Good Faith Estimate, please contact our billing department at least one business day prior to your appointment.

Financial Assistance

Early Medical Center offers financial assistance to eligible patients. If you are unable to pay for your care, you may be eligible for assistance based on your income and other specific criteria.
